miQwest adheres to the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)
What is PIPA?
British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) sets out the ground rules for how private sector companies may collect, use or disclose information about individuals. It seeks to strike a balance between a person’s right to control access to - and use of - personal information and for legitimate and reasonable purposes by the company.

Legal and Ethical
miQwest Concierge has the right to refuse any service which is unethical, illegal, and questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our staff in any danger.
Confidentiality
We value our clients and use in strict confidence all confidential information acquired in the course of the performance of business. Information provided will not be disclosed to third parties unless permission is granted by the client.
Hourly Rates
Should a third party supplier be required as part of our service agreement, the hourly rate will cover the time of miQwest and the client will be responsible for the cost of the third party service.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of a service; otherwise a charge of $30.00 will be applied. Clients will be responsible for any costs already incurred as well as for all 3rd party expenses incurred on their behalf.
