Initial Consultation
At our initial consultation, we like to work with you to determine what services you require and tailor a service that best suits your needs. Discretion is assured and there is no obligation.

Pricing
Casual services are charged at an hourly rate with a minimum of one hour required for all bookings.
We would be happy to offer you a quote as our fees are dependent on the size & duration of each project. 
Once the service has been scheduled, charges occur from the moment we start the service at your location however, mileage will be charged at a rate of $0.52 per kilometre on all business over a 20 km radius from our office. 
If a pick up, delivery or other errand is required at the beginning or end of an appointment; we conclude our time when the errand is complete.
While most of our services will be carried out by miQwest, we are not qualified to perform every task, therefore, should a third party supplier be required as part of our service agreement, the hourly rate will cover the time of miQwest Concierge and the client will be responsible for the cost of the third party service.

Payment
Pre-payment for half of the agreed upon fee is required prior to service and the balance of payment is due and payable on completion of the service. We accept payment in the form of cash or cheque. All rates are subject to 5% GST.
A $35.00 surcharge will be applied to all returned checks (NSF)
